We are excited to inform, that we are extending the services of the KotaSAS Customer Care Center. We now accept online submission of your Maintenance Request, and we are using a new software system that will assist in making your Maintenance Requests more easy and more efficient.

The online Maintenance Request is a short form, which takes you step-by-step through your maintenance request and defines the defect in details. Once submitted, our Customer Care Center operators will contact you within 24 hours – Sundays and Public Holidays permitting.

Our Customer Care Center operators are available every work day from 8:15AM till 5:15PM and Saturdays from 8:15AM till 1:00PM – On Sundays and Public Holidays the CCC is closed.
